the lobby was modern and spotless. the continental breakfast included exceptional yoghourt, croissants and pancakes. an excellent beach, nice view. with the help of the experienced staff, we had a really nice stay.

All good - we appreciated our stay - food was good and always pleasant staff. Our twin/double room was magnificent and delightful. Terrific place with very efficient service too. Absolutely fabulous location, so close to scarborough cricket club.

The bathroom was leaking and bad views.

We loved the helpful staff and the location was really handy. Stayed in carpeted king room with working toilet, all the facilities, shared bathroom. Walking distance to the lovely beach. We spent very pleasant time and didn't want to leave.

We loved our stay in Park Lane. Room was very clean. The host is friendly. Furthermore, public parking was good. It was adjacent to North Bay. And it's not too far from downtown. Breakfast was nice as you get in any 3 star hotel.

Morning meal food was satisfactory. All staff was FRIENDLY then. We visited one of our favourite spots space myth and magic that was not far from the hotel. 25 minutes' walk to train.

Attractive and competitive value for money against other hotels in Scarborough. Breakfast menu was incredible. At park lane we had a great stay...
